Agendas
The Ocala Marion TPO meeting agenda packets are available to the public seven days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. You may find an individual meeting agenda on the Event Calendar with the corresponding meeting date. Meeting agenda packets for the last five calendar years may also be downloaded. If you need a hard copy of an agenda packet prior to a meeting, please contact TPO staff at 352-438-2630. Please contact TPO staff with any questions or concerns, or for agenda packets more than five-years old.
Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are drafted following each TPO Committee and Board meeting. The draft minutes are then included in the committee’s or Board’s future meeting agenda packet for approval. Once the minutes are approved, the minutes are uploaded to the website. Minutes for the last five calendar years are available on this site. Please call the TPO office at 352-438-2630 for minutes more than five years old.
Audio Recordings of TPO Meetings
Audio recordings of board and committee meetings are available upon request by calling the TPO office at 352-438-2630. Audio recordings are too large to email and must be sent by postal mail or picked up at the TPO office, 2710 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL 34470.
